WOYWW 148

I really didn't think that I would have a chance to play along today, but here I am. We have been having some pretty bad weather here the past two days, so what better thing to do then stay in and scrap. And bake.

On my desk this morning is a layout that I have just started; nothing is glued down yet. I am working with a sketch that I have used before from Allison Davis. I like that it lends itself to 4 nice sized photos.

Okay, I know that was quick and some of you might be wondering why I showed you a picture of my desk. Hop on over to Stamping Ground to find out what it is all about.

Happy Humpday!

Dani

I like the look of your layout so far! Nice colors.
We are heading into bad weather here. Lots of rain in the forecast. It's been so nice though I feel I can't complain.
So I will look at it positively like you. A chance to stay inside and scrap and watch movies for me :)

I love it when the rain is lashing down outside - I always make soup and cakes!! It's the best thing being in a warm kitchen on a freezing day :) I caught up with your previous blogs - I went through my son leaving home last September for University. It was something I was dreading but we all survived :)

Hi Dani, the branch-thingy on my desk is a chipboard shape by scrapmatts australia. First thing I saw on your desk was the photo of a baby, very cute!

Hi Dani, Thanks for visiting my desk. The alphabet I used on my Altered Book is from the new Tim Holtz Bigz XL die before I had to send it back as some of the letters didn't cut properly! Still waiting for a replacement!

Your scrappage looks good, any chance of a better look at the sketch as I usually include 4 or more photos on my pages. Colours look right up my street too.

Happy Easter to you too BJ #58

I got distracted by your previous post showing off your fab room. The layout looks great, I saw its final in today's post. I like how you have a nice selection on your desk to work with but haven't had to pull out the whole kit and kaboodle. Happy Day After Humpday to you!

Ooh Dani, I'm late enough to see all the baking and the finished layout...do you often make SO many and give them away? even your baking efforts are tidy and controlled, like your desk. I wonder if the weather has eased bait. We're heading for a bland and damp long weekend, so I too shall be scrapping and baking!

Now an LO that allows for 4 photos is more likely to get me scrapping than anything has so far.
Love your room and it is so clean looking with the white walls.
Sorry I am so late, things got in the way. Thanks for sharing, stopping by me and putting your number (so appreciated.) Happy Easter - Hugs, Neet #10 xx

Neat and tidy crafter that's awesome. I can't do that, I make a huge mess when I create, but lol, I'm big on cleaning up after! Have a wonderful weekend!

Your desk is so tidy! I bet that photo lamp really comes in handy...I put twinkly lights under my cabinets, two or more sets and I always need the extra light for crafting, even in the daytime. Thanks for stopping by and checking out my craft cave...
